I’m Ha Nguyen, a Regulatory Affairs professional with years of experience working at the intersection of policy, compliance, and global supply chains. With a background in sustainability and international compliance, I help companies translate complex legal frameworks into practical systems for responsible sourcing.
Currently based in Bonn, Germany, I work at the headquarters of a global certification scheme, where I develop compliance tools for the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). My role bridges regulatory frameworks with practical implementation—supporting businesses in turning legal requirements into actionable systems.
Previously, I contributed to the EU–Vietnam VPA/FLEGT, an initiative promoting timber legality and improved forest governance. My work included legal drafting, aligning national regulations with EU requirements, capacity building for regulatory authorities, and provided training to assist timber companies in understanding and applying due diligence frameworks.
This blog is where I share insights on EUDR, due diligence, and sustainable supply chains, fostering dialogue and knowledge exchange on pressing regulatory issues.
